The changing from an unhealthy to a healthy diet is not different, it simply involves making some different choices and emphasizing certain foods it dose requires a little effort and determination. once you start following the diet rules, you will really enjoy it. encourage to continue. you will find out that a health diet can be delicious and satisfying.It doesn't involve starvation which would only lead to excessive snacking and over eating. infect you will find that your desire to snacks will gradually decrease and eating healthy diet helps to control your weight without effort.Few foods we need to eat everyday .

Eat variety of foods each day from the other three main foods groups meat,fish or bread,potatoes and cereals,milk and dairy foods.

this group includes wheat,oaths,barley,rye and rice and foods made of them such as bread,paster,biscuits,cereals.Increase the amount of grains you eat. choose wholemeal paster and rice eat at least four slices of bread a day Eat fewer cakes and biscuits even when they are made with flour.
TEN RULES OF GREAT DIET - our bodies don't need balance meals all the time,but eating a variety of different foods each day promotes good health.your diet usually balances out over a week.
- As long as you eat the right thing,88% of the time it hardly matters what you eat the rest of the time.
- Eat an orange fruit or vegetable everyday for carotenoids which helps to protect against cancer.
- Drink at least 6 to 8 large glasses of fluids a day,any liquid will do,vary water fruit juice and low fat milk.A few cups of tea can count too.
- No healthy person who eat a balance diet needs vitamin supplement.
For children of two years and above ,start moderate fatty foods,use semi-skimmed milk,cut the fat off meat,don't fry but grill. - Always eat breakfast,research shows that breakfast eaters tend to be slimmer and have healthier diet.dotty eat every meal too late in the evenings to disturb your sleep.
- Small changes in eating habit reap great rewards don't go too far and make dietary changes you cant stick to.make one or two adjustments a week,changes from white meal to bread ,full cream to semi-skimmed milk,butter to an olive oil spread.
- We all need at least five helpings of fruits and vegetable a day fresh,frozen,canned,dried,or juiced,there is no alternative.
- Eat oily fish at least once a week,it is very good for you because it helps to maintain a healthy heart.Have a little olive oil on your salad too.
- Drink tea for the flavonoids which seem to help reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke and may even show aging.
